Sophia

"Sophia" is part of my small "Lady Wisdom" series. The Bible, personifies wisdom as a women in the book of Proverbs, chapter 8. She calls at that city gates to the young people to teach them to live wisely and seek knowledge. I aimed to capture strength, dignity, peace, but also wit in her expression. The name "Sophia" means wisdom. She is wearing an olive leaf crown to symbolize both peace and victory.
